As a founding member of Cambridge Technology Partners, a consulting company that grew to nearly a billion dollars in revenue in only seven years, Paul held key leadership positions in marketing, service delivery and training and development.
Paul co-founded Team Coaching International (TCI),
a coaching company with trained facilitators in more than 20 countries worldwide. Previously, he
served as Vice President of the Corporate Business Division for The Coaches Training Institute
and as a senior
consultant for tompeters! Company.
A summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard University, Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts
in psychology and a Masters in Human Resources Education from Boston University. Paul's clients
